Dena Rader

Dena Rader is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in managing human resources functions across various sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Benton County Government since April 2022, Dena previously held key positions such as Deputy Director of Human Resources at North Collier Fire & Rescue and Director of Human Resources for the Clerk of Circuit Court of Collier County, where oversight was provided for 180 employees.
