Roderick Grieve

Roderick Grieve has extensive experience in property valuation and real estate, currently serving as the Assessor for Benton County Government since April 2015, where responsibilities include the valuation of all real and personal property in the county. Since June 1997, Roderick has operated Grieve Real Estate Appraisal Services, Inc., specializing in commercial valuation as a State Certified General Appraiser. From 1988 to 1999, Roderick was the Owner and Principal Broker of Coldwell Banker Arka-Vista Realty, managing a team of over 20 agents before selling the firm to Coldwell Banker Faucette Real Estate. Roderick's educational background includes studies in Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, along with certifications from the Appraisal Institute and the International Association of Assessing Officers.
