Kris Willaert

Kris Willaert is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Beobank NV/SA since November 2021, Kris has held senior HR roles at prominent companies including Group HR Director (CHRO) at Balta Group, Area Director of Human Resources for Central & North Europe at KONE, and Senior Business Leader HR Europe at MasterCard. Previous positions also include HR Director for Belgium at Lloydspharmacy and Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as Head of HR Business Partners at Banksys. Kris Willaert holds a Master's degree in Communication from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, completed between 1990 and 1994.
