Agostina Grayeb

Agostina Grayeb has a diverse work experience in the fields of staffing, recruitment, and therapy coordination. From 2021 to the present, they have been working at BEON.tech, where they started as an HR Assistant, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable platform. Later, they became an IT Recruiter & Career Advisor, where they interviewed developers/engineers in both Spanish and English, tracked candidates throughout the recruitment process, and performed additional HR tasks. Currently, they serve as a Staffing Manager at BEON.tech, responsible for assigning talent to vacant positions based on various factors. From March 2021 to July 2021, Agostina worked at CET Ideas as a Therapies Coordinator.

Agostina Grayeb completed their Licenciatura in Psychology at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Systemic Relational Therapy at Fundación de Familias Y Parejas. Following this, Agostina pursued a course in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the University of Navarra from 2020 to 2021.
