Micaela Garcia

Micaela Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they started their career as a Líder en Educación no formal at Centro Comunitario Kadima, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Fundacion Religar as an Administrativo, where they stayed until 2020. In 2018, they briefly served as a Coordinadora de Juventud at Centro Comunitario Kadima. In 2021, Micaela began working at BEON.tech as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, a role they held until September of the same year. Micaela then transitioned to the position of Social Media Manager at both BEON.tech and Proof Of Integrity, where they worked until February 2023. In January 2023, Micaela took on the role of Culture and Communications Manager at BEON.tech.

Micaela Garcia completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires in 2016. Micaela then pursued a short-term course in UX/UI Design from Coderhouse in 2021. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, Micaela attended ORT Argentina and earned their Technical Bachelor's degree with a focus on Construction. Micaela specialized in Construction as a Technician during this period. In 2016, they enrolled in the Normal Superior School in Lenguas Vivas "Sofía B. de Spangenberg" and is currently studying Technical-Scientific-Literary Translation in English.

Micaela has also obtained additional certifications. In June 2022, they completed a course on assembling reports and analyzing metrics from Rúcula Digital Academy. In May 2022, they acquired knowledge related to the Crypto Ecosystem through a course offered by Defy Education.
