Jessica Malschalck

Jessica Malschalck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in export sales and customer care. Currently serving as Team Leader for Export Sales at TVH since January 2022, Jessica has also held the position of Team Leader for Export Customer Care at Bepco Parts since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Jessica spent over a decade at Metsä Board, where responsibilities included leading customer service teams for Iberia and Italy, as well as managing EDI projects. Additionally, Jessica has experience in the hospitality industry as a Shift Lead at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. Jessica holds a degree in marketing operations in tourism and travel services from the Institut Emile Gryzon (CERIA - Brussels).
