Claudio Carnovali

Claudio Carnovali has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Product Specialist and Product Manager at Workgroup Consulting S.r.l. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Senior Programmer Analyst and Web Developer at Genialloyd, where they managed the company website and developed software products. At Macy's from 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Sr. Web Programmer / Analyst II - Prgmg, creating websites and web applications and maintaining the intranet website. In 2012, they joined beqom as a Compensation Platform Specialist, working directly with customers to implement solutions and manage projects. Claudio later became a Product Manager and Head of QA Team, responsible for defining and delivering the roadmap and managing internal teams of developers. Finally, in 2020, they took on the role of Head of Engineering at beqom, leading and organizing the engineering team to ensure successful delivery of the roadmap.

Claudio Carnovali pursued their education at two notable institutions. From 1996 to 2001, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Computer Sciences from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics. After a substantial gap, they enrolled at New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) from 2010 to 2011, focusing on acquiring a Certificate in Project Management.
