Daniel Blakely

Daniel Blakely has a strong background in the financial industry. Daniel started their career as a Production Analyst at Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc. in 2009 and then joined Capital One as an AVP, Credit in 2010. After working at Capital One for five years, they moved to Berkadia in 2016. At Berkadia, they held various roles including Senior Real Estate Analyst, Vice President - Originations, and currently serves as the Vice President - Capital Markets.

Daniel Blakely completed their Bachelor's Degree in marketing and international business at Villanova University from 2004 to 2008. Daniel then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Real Estate at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2013 to 2015.
