Chelsea Mahoney

Chelsea Mahoney is a seasoned legal operations professional with over a decade of experience in managing agreements, maintaining compliance databases, and coordinating legal processes. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Legal Operations at Berkeley Research Group LLC since July 2013, Chelsea oversees the review of agreements, manages a shareholder/private equity program, and handles various administrative responsibilities related to legal operations. Previously, as Senior Legal Coordinator, Chelsea drafted agreements and coordinated logistics for multiple projects. Chelsea began their career as a Legal Assistant at ANESI, OZMON, RODIN, NOVAK, & KOHEN, LTD., specializing in Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability matters. Chelsea holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies from the College of Lake County, earned between 2007 and 2010.
