Markus Rabelo

Markus Rabelo has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries and roles. Markus started their career as a Portuguese Interpreter at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in 2005 and later worked as a Portuguese Interpreter at Cambridge Health Alliance until 2013. In 2007, they shifted to Voice Signal Technologies, Inc as a Software Tester/Analyst. Markus then joined Boston College as a Medical Office Assistant in 2004 and worked there until 2011.

In 2011, Markus joined Northeastern University where they held various positions including Graduate Student Services Representative, Graduate Student Services Coordinator, Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services, Associate Director of Graduate Student Services, and finally Director of Data Management and Analysis. After that, they joined Boston University as a COTS Applications Developer/ Business Analyst.

In 2022, Markus moved on to Emerson College as the Director of Business Intelligence and Operations before transitioning to Northeastern University as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Analytics. Currently, they are working at Berklee College of Music as the Senior Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics since 2023.

Markus Rabelo earned a B.A. degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminal & Social Justice from Boston College, where they attended from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma from Somerville High School, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
