Elena Johnson

Elena Johnson is currently serving as an Intern at The Berkley Group, focusing on optimizing daily operations and communication among team members and external partners. Previously, Elena held the role of Chief Operating Officer at HELP ME HELP YOU FOUNDATION, where Elena oversaw internal operations, grant writing, and onboarding strategies. Elena also worked as a Grant Writer at Wholesome Generation and as a Substitute Teacher at William's Community School. With a background in market management at HOPE Events & HOPE Campaign, Elena is a dedicated professional with experience in a variety of roles within education, operations, and community development. Elena holds a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University.
