Jennifer Whistleman

Jennifer Whistleman is a Human Resources Executive Manager at The Berkley Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of HR Director at the City of Harrisonburg from September 1998 to July 2020. With a strong background in HR, Jennifer served as the Field Team Leader at Blue and Gray Search and Rescue Dogs from 2006 to 2016. Jennifer also had a leadership role as the International Public Mgmt Assoc - HR VA Chapter President from July 2013 to June 2015. Jennifer started their career as a Class/Comp Analyst followed by a Personnel Analyst at James Madison University from November 1988 to May 1997. Jennifer earned their Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and Social Work from Erskine College in 1980.
