Justin Lash

Justin Lash has a diverse work experience across various insurance companies and industries. Justin started their career at Formica Corporation as an Auditor in 2003 before moving to The Hartford as a Sr. Middle Market Underwriter in 2004. Justin then joined CNA Insurance in 2010 and held multiple roles, including Underwriting Specialist, Underwriting Manager, Underwriting Director, AVP Kentucky Branch Manager, and Branch Vice President in Nashville and New Orleans. In 2023, they transitioned to Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Vice President and Branch Executive. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President and Head of Business Development at Berkley Luxury Group, starting in 2024.

Justin Lash attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Justin also attended Xavier University - Williams College of Business for their MBA.
