Rita Okninikova (LION)

Rita Okninikova is an experienced QA Analyst currently working at Berkley One since June 2019. Previously, Rita served as a Quality Assurance Lead at AIG from March 2006 to September 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing offshore testers, promoting In-Sprint automation for agile projects, and reporting quality metrics. Rita began the career as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at J.P. Morgan from January 2000 to January 2006, focusing on testing various 'e' applications and ensuring the validation of business, functional, and technical requirements. Rita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Kishinev Technical University.
