Kevin Fichter

Kevin Fichter has a diverse work experience. Kevin started working at MetLife in 2003 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Kevin began as a Director of Operations and later became a Director of Program Management. In 2010, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Kevin served as an Assistant Vice President of Product Management, where they successfully launched and expanded MetLife's commercial property & casualty business segment. In 2019, they joined W. R. Berkley Corporation as the Vice President of Operations.

Kevin Fichter received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, from 1994 to 1998. In 2016, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education for MetLife Emerging Leaders, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2018, they completed a program on Implementing Winning Strategies at Columbia University, concentrating on Organizational Leadership.
