Mike Connor

Mike Connor, CPCU, AU, is an experienced insurance executive with a career spanning over three decades. Currently, Mike serves as the Operating Company President at W. R. Berkley Corporation since April 2012 and as President of Berkley Financial Specialists since February 2018. Prior roles include President of Continental Western Group and Senior Vice President at The Hartford, where responsibilities included overseeing insurance operations and managing various segments. Earlier positions include Region Executive at Travelers and President of the Eastern United States Division at The St. Paul Insurance Company, along with significant roles at Kemper and Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. Mike holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Colgate University and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation from The Insurance Institute.
