Rebecca Song

Rebecca Song, CPA, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Financial Systems at W. R. Berkley Corporation, where responsibilities were expanded in 2023 to support a broader range of areas across 60+ companies globally. Previously, Rebecca held significant roles, including Assistant Vice President of Finance Strategy at Kemper, where leadership and transformation of finance systems were prioritized to aid in business growth through acquisitions. As Director of Financial Systems Innovation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Rebecca led a team to develop a new finance system, and during tenure at Sanford Health, rapidly turned around an underperforming finance department. Rebecca's career began at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, advancing from Senior Consultant to Managing Director, where substantial accomplishments included consolidating legacy financial systems. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master's in Information Systems from DePaul University, and a Bachelor's in Accounting from Nankai University.
