Kelly Cramner, MA, LPC, NCC has extensive experience in counseling and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Processor at Strive Settlement Group, LLC since January 2020 and as Team Lead and Lead Forensic Counselor at Berks Counseling Center since November 2016, Kelly has demonstrated leadership and expertise in the mental health field. Previous roles include working as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. and various positions in accounting management, notably at Edge Abstract and Midway Settlement Services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Business/Management, both from Alvernia University, supplemented by an Associate degree in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh Valley College.
