Mark Estrada

Mark Estrada has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mark currently works as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Berkshire Bank, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this, Mark held different roles at State Street, including Assistant Vice President in University Relations/Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development/Global Inclusion and Diversity. Mark also worked at Year Up as a Financial Services Employer Engagement Manager and Career & Alumni Coach. Earlier in their career, Mark worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Workforce Development Program Administrator in Human Resources, and at Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries as a Program Supervisor and Case Manager/Career Coach.

Mark Estrada attended the College of the Holy Cross and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
