Sara Pultman

Sara Pultman has a strong background in finance and project management. Sara began their career at Lehman Brothers in 2005 as a Rotational Financial Analyst. Sara later moved up to the role of Finance Associate, specializing in Business Performance Measurement. In 2008, they became a Senior Finance Associate at Lehman Brothers before transitioning to Lamco LLC, another Lehman Brothers company, where they served as an Assistant Vice President Finance from 2010 to 2012. Sara then returned to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. as a Vice President in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) from 2012 to 2017. Sara then joined State Street as an Assistant Vice President and later Vice President in Project Management from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Sara is employed at Berkshire Bank as a Vice President in Senior Transformation and Strategy roles.

Sara Pultman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Barnard College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
