Valerie Zemmel

Valerie Zemmel has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and communications. Valerie is currently the Head of Global Marketing at Berkshire Global Advisors since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing at Goodfair from September 2020 to January 2021. Valerie also worked as the Director of Marketing at Iconix Brand Group from January 2019 to August 2020 and as the Director of Marketing at VCNY Home from June 2016 to October 2018. Before that, they held senior managerial positions in marketing at Macy's from August 2011 to May 2016. Valerie started their career in communications and events at Macy's in 2006, gradually taking on increased responsibilities and roles. Valerie also worked as a Production Coordinator at Summit Entertainment and served as a Corps Member at Teach for America earlier in their career.

Valerie Zemmel attended Cornell University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a double major in Government and French Area Studies. Valerie received their Bachelor of Arts degree upon completion of their studies.
