Dan Ward has extensive experience in the luxury residential real estate market, serving as a Partner in the Fine Homes Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties since May 2014, which focuses on high-end properties in Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Paradise Valley. Previously, Dan held the same role at Prudential Arizona Properties from January 2008 to May 2014, serving a similar clientele in North Scottsdale, Carefree, and Paradise Valley. Prior to entering real estate, Dan was a District Manager at Kona Grill from November 1997 to May 2007, overseeing multiple restaurant locations. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University and completed studies at Arizona State University.
