David Bogaert

David Bogaert currently serves as the Head of Customer and Broker Engagement for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance in Belgium since September 2022. Prior to this role, David Bogaert spent 16 years at AIG, where responsibilities included leading distribution efforts and sales strategies across Belgium and Luxembourg, managing corporate accounts, developing broker relationships, and overseeing financial lines underwriting. David Bogaert began their career as an administration handler at AIG and further developed expertise in direct marketing at CIGNA Group Insurance. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen and additional studies at Vlerick Business School.
