Prior to joining Berkshire, Raleigh was an Executive Director at Sterling Capital Management. Earlier in his career, he worked at Audax Group, Bain & Co. and Bowles, Hollowell, Conner & Co. Raleigh received an A.B. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
