Katie Lapinski, MBA, has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, currently serving as Sr. Category Manager for Global Procurement at Amazon since June 2022 and as Sr. Category Manager for Goods Not for Resale at Walgreens Boots Alliance since April 2017. Previous roles include Strategic Global Sourcing Manager at Berlin Packaging, where oversight of global supply sourcing and client engagement took place, and Global Category Manager for Protective Packaging at Signode Industrial Group, recognized for achieving significant cost savings and developing global sourcing strategies. Additionally, Katie has a background in improving operational efficiencies and client relationships from earlier positions at Berlin Packaging and The Salem Group. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance from Northeastern Illinois University and a BA in International Business from National Louis University.
