Mauro Cola

Mauro Cola has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mauro currently holds the position of Customers and Governance Quality Director at Berlin Packaging since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Administrator at ESP srl starting from May 2021.

Mauro's previous role was as the Senior Quality Director at Whirlpool EMEA, where they worked from February 2015 until April 2021. Before that, they held the position of Environment, Quality & Safety Director at Indesit Company from July 2008 to January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and adopting integrated quality, environment, and health & safety management systems. Mauro also led improvement programs focusing on process upgrades and environment and safety remediation programs. Additionally, they served as the R&D and Product Technical Director for Cooking at Indesit Company from January 1998 to June 2008.

Earlier in their career, Mauro served as the Managing Director at New World Ltd, where they led an industrial restructuring program for product development, manufacturing, cost, and quality of cooking products from January 1995 to December 1997. Mauro also oversaw the production of enamel powder as part of the company's product range.

Starting in July 1986, Mauro worked as a Project Manager at Merloni Elettrodomestici until December 1994.

Mauro Cola has a degree in Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche, which they obtained from 1979 to 1985. In 1994, they completed a course in Managing Engineering Design and Development at Carnegie Mellon University.
