Irene Lademann

Irene Lademann has been working at Berliner Sparkasse since January 1990, starting as a Vertriebscontroller and later moving on to become an Anlageberaterin and a Personalreserve (Springer). In March 2005, Irene took on the role of Senior-Referentin im IT-Projekt EZB-Meldewesen, where Irene models new/changed processes in the reporting process and acts as a liaison between different departments. Irene is also responsible for organizing trainings. Irene also served as a Senior-Referentin Kostencontrolling and a Seniorreferent Personal & Bildung, overseeing budget planning, cost control, personnel selection, and education initiatives. Irene holds degrees in Controller IHK, Controlling, Bankkauffrau, and Sparkassenbetriebswirtin.
