Susan Davis - Crockwell

Susan Davis-Crockwell is an experienced legal professional with a focus on enforcement in financial governance. Currently serving as Deputy Director at the Bermuda Monetary Authority since October 2019, Susan previously held the position of Assistant Director in the same department. Prior to this role, Susan spent over a decade at the Financial Intelligence Agency as Senior Legal Counsel and contributed to the Egmont Group of Financial Intelligence Units in various vice-chair roles for working groups focused on membership, support, compliance, and legal matters. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Official Receiver at the Registrar of Companies and working as an Associate in Litigation at Appleby. Susan holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Buckingham and a Bar qualification from BPP Law School.
