Kerry Barlow-Jones has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on product development and innovation. Kerry has held various roles, including Head of NPD at Bernard Matthews and Margin Improvement Programme Manager at Tulip Food Company. Kerry also worked as an R&D Manager at AllinAll Ingredients, where they managed all aspects of product development and supported the manufacturing team. In addition, they have held positions as Head of Technical Services at Smithfield Foods and Head of Process Development and Senior NPD Manager at Bernard Matthews. Kerry's career also includes roles as an NPD Manager at Birds Eye Iglo Limited and Dalehead Foods Ltd, where they were responsible for the development of retailer own brand products. Kerry started their career as a Product Development Manager at Harris Elmswell, where they worked on various products for retailers and manufacturers.
Kerry Barlow-Jones obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Meat Science from the University of Bristol, with studies taking place from 1994 to 1995.
