Javier Borges is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in the mechanical contracting industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager at Bernhard since April 2017, Javier previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Way Engineering, Ltd. from August 2014 to April 2017. Prior to that, Javier was the Owner of PI Mechanical Contractors from January 2010 to July 2014 and worked as a Project Manager at CPS Mechanical from May 2004 to January 2010. Javier holds a degree from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico, earned between 1999 and 2004.
