Mike Peters currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Development at Bernhard since April 2024. Previously, Mike held the position of Human Resource Advisor at Aramco from December 2023 to April 2024 and served as the Director of Learning & Enablement at P3 Services from March 2023 to October 2023. Prior to these roles, Mike was the Senior Director of Organizational Development and Training at PLH Group, Inc. for nearly four years, and the Director of Learning and Development at APTIM for a year and a half. Additional experience includes positions such as Director of Organizational Development & Training at CB&I and Training Director at Black & Veatch. Mike's career commenced at Sprint as Inside Sales Training Manager, with ongoing responsibilities in training management spanning over two decades. Mike earned a BA in Communications from Drury University between 1986 and 1991.
