Robert S. Bernstein

Robert S. Bernstein serves as General Counsel at Bernstein-Burkley since January 1968, advising the board and shareholders while also representing various businesses in their operations and credit recovery matters. Additionally, Bernstein holds board positions with the Allegheny County Bar Foundation and served as Member of the Board of Directors for Riverview Towers. Active in angel investing for women-led entrepreneurial ventures, Bernstein is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and was previously President of the Commercial Law League of America. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University and participation in Leadership Pittsburgh programs.
