Kate Percy

Kate Percy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Kate has held the position of Director - Strategic Projects at Berry Street since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Strategy Director - Home Based Care at Berry Street from December 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Berry Street, Kate worked at Life Without Barriers as a Senior National Project Officer - Policy & Resources from September 2012 to August 2015. Kate also worked at UnitingCare Community as a Project Officer from December 2011 to September 2012. Kate has experience as a Consultant at IW from March 2010 to December 2011. Kate previously worked as a Social Worker at the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services from February 2008 to March 2010. Kate was also a Project Officer at the International Committee of the Red Cross - ICRC from August 2009 to October 2009 and a Mental Health Worker at Save the Children Australia from January 2006 to January 2008.

Kate Percy earned a Master's degree in Communication, General from Deakin University, which they attended from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Southern Cross University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Kate also completed the Chief Executive Women Leaders Program at Chief Executive Women (CEW) in September 2021.
