Alejandro Solorzano

Alejandro Solorzano has over 19 years of work experience. Alejandro is currently the Head of Alternative Risk Transfer & Innovation at XS Global since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of Berrysafe in 2019 and the Head of Latin America and the Caribbean at New Paradigm Underwriters, LLC. in the same year. From 2012 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Marsh, including Managing Director- Head of Sales and Global Analytics (LAC), Head of Sales and Senior Vice President. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Regional Director at Insurope, where they worked with a network of independent insurance companies to provide employee benefit services to multinational companies across the world. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Vice President- Global Energy Practice at Marsh. From 2002 to 2007, they were the Agency Director at Solorzano Zinser & Asociados.

Alejandro Solorzano has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from RMIT University.
