Lena Vynogradova

Lena Vynogradova has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Lena started their career in 2004 at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, where they held various roles, including SVP, Head of Group Accounting Compliance & Advisory, Senior Vice President, Head of Group Accounting Policies & Compliance, Vice President Group Accounting & Policies, and Referentin. Lena worked at Bertelsmann until 2021. In 2021, they joined RTL Group as Senior Vice President of Financial Reporting. Additionally, Lena worked at REN TV Gruppe, OOO Media Holding REN TV, where they served as deputy CFO and Projektmanagerin from 2006 to 2010.

Lena Vynogradova holds a Master of Science degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Lena also has a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in BWL from Bielefeld University, which they earned between 1999 and 2004. Prior to that, they graduated with a Diplom-Wirt.-Ing. in Studium der Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften from Staatliche Technische Universität Vinnica, Ukraine, completing their studies from 1993 to 1998. Additionally, Lena Vynogradova has received certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 2015 and ACCA from ACCA in 2014.
