David Thomas

David Thomas is a Partner at Berwick Partners, a management consultancy firm. David has over 20 years of experience in executive search and placement, and has successfully placed executives in a variety of industries across the private and public sector.

David started their career in 1999 as a Manager at Gist Logistics, Inc., where they were responsible for operational logistics and coordination. In 2002, they joined PageGroup as an Associate Director responsible for three start-ups across different business disciplines. David later transferred to Page Executive, where they successfully undertook executive search activity for a range of clients.

During their time at PageGroup, David specialized in providing solutions for executive and non-executive appointments. David was also responsible for the Page Executive CFO practice in the South West of the UK. In 2013, David left PageGroup to join Berwick Partners as a Partner.

At Berwick Partners, David works with clients on management consulting projects across a range of industries. David has helped businesses with strategy development, organisational design, change management, and leadership development.

David Thomas completed their BA (Hons) in Theirtory & African Studies at the University of Birmingham, where they achieved a 2:1. David then went on to complete their GCSEs and A Levels at Sir Bernard Lovell.

They are on a team with Simon Walton - Partner, Debbie Sutton - Chief of Staff, and Jonathan Burke - Partner. David Thomas reports to Richard Love, Managing Director.
