Sue Johnson

Sue Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inclusion and diversity consulting. Currently serving as the Managing Partner for Inclusion & Diversity Consulting at Odgers Berndtson since September 2021, Sue focuses on enhancing organizational inclusivity. Previous roles include Inclusion & Diversity Consultant at suejohnsondiversity limited and Diversity & Inclusion Advisor at PwC Switzerland, where support for HR performance and innovative solutions were pivotal. Sue also held significant leadership positions at Nestlé, including Global Head of Diversity and Global Head of Customer Facing Supply Chain, where strategies for gender balance and customer service excellence were implemented. As the founder and president of the International Dual Career Network, Sue has contributed to meaningful societal change. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree from the University of Reading and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Edinburgh.
