Susan Seitz

Susan Seitz is a dedicated math educator with significant experience in diverse educational settings. Currently serving as a Math Teacher at Berwyn North School District 98 since August 2023, Susan previously worked as a Math Teacher at Intrinsic Schools from July 2020 to August 2023 and at EPIC Academy from August 2015 to July 2020, where Susan also fulfilled the role of Content Lead. Additional experience includes teaching at University Preparatory Academy from September 2012 to June 2015, and participating in Teach For America as a Corps Member between 2012 and 2014. Summer roles involved teaching at Math Tree Inc in 2013 and serving as a Summer Fellow with Harlem RBI in 2011, focusing on literacy and coaching. Early professional development included an internship with The Achievement Project in 2010. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and urban studies from Northwestern University and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Oakland University.
