Petra Holst

Petra Holst has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Petra started their career at Agito as a Consultant Manager from March 2012 to February 2013. Petra then joined Lund University as a Legal Consoul from February 2013 to March 2016, focusing on providing legal advice and support to students. After that, they moved to Besikta Bilprovning, where they worked as an HR Administrator from January 2016 to February 2018, taking on additional responsibilities in learning and development and compensation & benefits. Petra then took on the role of Acting HR Manager from February 2018 to August 2018, and later became the Head of HR from August 2018 to the present. During their time at Besikta Bilprovning, Petra achieved significant milestones such as updating the recruitment process to increase gender equality.

Petra Holst obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Working Life Science, HR from Karlstad University from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they also received an Advanced level degree in Human Relations & Business Administration from ESCE International Business School. Additionally, Petra Holst earned another Bachelor's Degree in Jurisprudence, Labour law from Karlstad University during the same period.

In terms of certifications, Petra Holst obtained the Harrison Assessments Debriefing and Coaching Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Europe in January 2021.
