Felix Schoeller is a French entrepreneur and neuroscientist with expertise in emotion, mental health, and human-computer interaction. He co-founded BeSound, a French defense contractor company selling medical wearable and screen-free interfaces for augmented audio experiences in mental health. He holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences, Paris, and has over 40 peer-reviewed publications and conferences. His research has received more than €1.8 million in local research funding and €4 million globally. He held postdoctoral positions at the French Institute for Health and Medical Research (INSERM), MIT Media Lab, and the Gonda Multidisciplinary Brain Research Centre. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Computing Machinery, and the Sigma Xi Society.
