Ashley Zhang has worked in customer experience roles since 2016. Ashley began their career as an Advisor at Warby Parker, followed by a Communications Intern role at Eyebeam in 2018. In the same year, Ashley joined Away as a Customer Experience Associate, and subsequently held Lead roles in Quality Assurance and CX Training & Onboarding. Most recently, Ashley has been a Team Lead in Customer Experience at Bespoke Post since 2020.
