Marie Louvet is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment, employee integration, training, and talent development across various industries. Currently serving as Chargée de développement des ressources humaines at BESSON CHAUSSURES since March 2022, Marie is responsible for recruitment management, administrative personnel tasks, integration processes, and career development training. Previously, Marie held HR roles at Aubert & Duval, Fortuneo, Laïta, Groupe Bertrand, ALTEN, Sodexo, Michelin, and the International Federation on Ageing, showcasing a strong track record of managing recruitment processes, implementing training programs, and enhancing employer branding.
