Emily Raich

Deputy Director, National Partnerships at Best Buddies International

Emily Raich's work experience includes diverse roles in various organizations. Emily started their career as a Senior Prefect at Culver Academies, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and integrity. At Vanderbilt University, Emily worked as a Student and also as a Lab Assistant. Emily further expanded their experience by working as a C.A.S.T.L.E.S. Community Outreach Worker at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, where they implemented health and safety programs for underserved communities. Emily also served as the President of Vanderbilt Relay for Life, partnering with the American Cancer Society to raise funds for cancer research. Emily later joined Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity as a House Manager, ensuring the maintenance and budget management of the organization's housing. Emily's passion for community engagement led their to work as a Program Manager at Best Buddies International, where they facilitated the development of jobs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Emily progressively advanced within the organization, serving as a Program Manager for Volunteers and Community Engagement, and subsequently as a Manager of Job Development and National Partnerships. Currently, Emily holds the position of Deputy Director of National Partnerships, where they focus on establishing and maintaining employer partnerships to create diverse and meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with IDD.

Emily Raich completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Culver Academies from 2010 to 2014, but their degree and field of study during this time is unknown.
