Brent Pickett is an experienced professional in brand strategy and relationship management, currently serving as the Director of Relationship Strategy at Best Buy since January 2021, where a membership program is being developed to shift the company's focus from transactional to relationship-oriented interactions. Previously, Brent held the role of Director of Brand Strategy at Best Buy, as well as various senior leadership positions in strategy, innovation, and loyalty. Brent's earlier experience includes serving as Project Director at Streeter Custom Builder, Vice President of Business/Brand Development at Bon Aller, and Senior Global Brand Manager at Autodesk. Education includes a BA in History and Art History from Middlebury College and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
