Caitlin Waugh has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Best Buy since March 2010, after progressing through various roles including General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Specialty Sales Manager. Prior to Best Buy, Caitlin worked as a Lab Assistant II at Salem Hospital from June 2008 to June 2009. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Community Health from Concordia University, Nebraska (2013-2015), a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from Willamette University (2006-2011), and ongoing studies towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services at Capella University.
