Lateesha Johnson, M.A., SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and compliance. Currently serving as Associate Director of HR Operations & Planning at Best Buy since September 2025, Lateesha previously held the position of Associate Director of Global HRBP Compliance & Operations - People Strategy & Planning at Best Buy Health. Lateesha's expertise encompasses affirmative action, HR compliance, process improvement, and employee data management.
