Scott Schneider

Scott Schneider serves as the VP of People & Culture at Best Choice Products, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Scott held multiple roles at Aqualung Group, including VP of People & Culture and Chief of Staff for North America, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the people strategy and advising the CEO on business and people-related strategies. Prior to Aqualung, Scott was the Director of Human Resources for Speedo, managing HR functions across North America, and held various HR roles at Oakley and Vans. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
