Scott Schneider

Scott Schneider, SPHR, currently serves as the VP of People & Culture at Best Choice Products since December 2024. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of VP, People & Culture & Chief of Staff for Aqualung Group from 2021 to 2024, where responsibility included overseeing the development and implementation of the people strategy for North America. Scott's extensive HR experience includes roles such as Director of HR for North America at Aqualung and Director of Human Resources for Speedo, managing HR functions across multiple regions. Previous positions also include roles at Oakley, Vans, Anheuser-Busch, and Gateway Arch Riverfront, showcasing a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and training development. Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University and a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
