Ricardo Roman has extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving as an Asesor de viajes at Best Day Travel since February 2014, Mexico's largest online travel agency. Previous roles include Supervisor de operaciones y ventas at Bamba Experience from June 2012 to March 2013, where responsibilities involved client interaction and business development. Earlier in the career, Ricardo worked as an Agente de Servicio al Pasajero for Aerolitoral S.A de C.V. Aeroméxico Connect between April 2010 and March 2011, focusing on passenger service and problem resolution in challenging situations. Ricardo holds a Licenciatura en Turismo from Escuela Superior de Turismo IPN, completed in 2003.
