Throughout their career, Doug has managed teams, developed fraud models, implemented risk strategies, and optimized underwriting processes. Doug has a strong background in utilizing SAS and SQL to generate reports and perform data analysis. Additionally, Doug has a proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving efficiency in risk management.

Doug Mihalow completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University from 1991 to 1995. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008.
