Kacie XU

Kacie Xu has a diverse range of work experience in accounting and finance roles. Kacie started their career as a Banker at Wells Fargo from July 2015 to July 2016. Kacie then worked as an Accountant at Linwoods Auction/ LA Art Gallery from May 2015 to December 2017, where they managed invoices, inventory, and reconciliations. From December 2017 to May 2019, they served as a Senior Accountant at HealthyPets, Inc., ensuring the accuracy of monthly close and managing various financial transactions. Kacie then joined Segway in May 2019 and took on multiple roles, including Accounting Supervisor, Senior Finance and Operation Manager, and ultimately Director of Finance and Operations. At Segway, they led accounting teams, managed financial planning processes, and oversaw various finance and operational functions. Finally, starting in January 2023, they became the Director of Accounting at Best Formulations, where they lead accounting and FP&A analysis for the company.

Kacie Xu obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of La Verne, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay, from 2007 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Kacie obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from AICPA in November 2022. Kacie also obtained the Advanced Tax Prepare certification from the Internal Revenue Service in 2014.
